Shifting Digits
There is a bomb. This is not good. You cannot defuse the bomb, because there are too many wires. The situation is dire.
However.
It would also appear that the digits on the countdown timer are loose.
You know what this means.
In case you don't,
It means that with the tools in your trusty toolbox, you might be able to swap the numbers around in such a way that you delay the bomb's explosion...
Eternally.
How to actually play the game
Digits in the bomb's timer can come loose, as indicated by the slight tilt and the clattering sound. Once loose, a digit can be taken out of its socket and swapped with other digits, but be warned that an empty socket will be treated (by the bomb) as a zero.
Only two digits can naturally come loose at a time (unless you use a tool or discover a bug).
Down in the corner is your toolbox, which contains your tools. Hovering over a tool will show you a brief description of what it does. Tools indicating that they do something to a digit should be dragged onto a digit. Simple stuff.
You'll notice that the minute digits are screwed in, so you'll have to use your tools if you want to get them loose.
As time goes on, digits at the end of the timer will go out, causing the timer to run out faster and rendering those digits useless for your swapping endeavours.
If the timer ever reaches zero, or if something you do causes the timer to display an impossible amount of time (saying something like "one minute and ninety-three seconds" is not likely to go over well with the bomb), the bomb will explode, and you will die.
The HTML version is a little buggy (digits don't come loose as often as they should), so I reccommend downloading the game for a minimally frustrating experience.
Try not to die.
Good luck!
